Returns:
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning a defective or damaged item, please call 800-685-0610 for return authorization. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. If the merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this in writing on your delivery receipt. For items with a warranty, please follow the warranty instructions included with the item. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom imprinted or personalized merchandise is not subject to return unless defective.
